Key Responsibilities:

• Build accurate, reliable, and competitive estimates for Traffic Control and Pavement Marking.
• Ensure thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to identify, prioritize and balance tasks and activities to ensure estimates are completed and delivered on time.
• Organize and clearly communicate information between clients and field personnel.
• Resolve issues in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the pavement marking or traffic control industry a plus but not necessary.
• An understanding of trades/construction projects pertaining to reading plans, material, labor, equipment, time requirements and contracts.
• Thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.
• Time management skills to work independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills to convey information between clients and field personnel.
• Customer and contractor facing to provide advice and expertise regarding projects.
• Travel required, as necessary in Wisconsin.
• High school diploma or GED.
